This option is perfect for those trying to improve programs, projects, and research studies related to the health and wellbeing of family systems in a variety of settings (e.g. small businesses, schools, faith-based institutions, academia, non-profit, government, think tanks, etc.). Collaboration Details: a) Structural Options: One-time consultation 2. Strategic Planning Consulting ($140 per hour) Description: For this service, we use mixed research methods, data analysis, & social entrepreneurship frameworks to assist teams in the planning and implementation of programs and projects related to the health and wellbeing of family systems. Together, we ensure that your team meets their metrics of success in an equitable, inclusive, and sustainable way while also meeting the objectives of your donor and adding value to the livelihoods of your clients. Collaboration Details: a) Data Collection (listening sessions, focus groups, interviews, surveys) b) Descriptive Data Analysis (qualitative & quantitative) c) Presentation: interpreted results, updated business model & value proposition + recommendations d) Structural Options: Seasonal Contract 3. Monitoring & Evaluation Consulting ($140 per hour) Description: we use qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis to evaluate and continuously improve programs and projects related to the health and wellbeing of family systems. Collaboration Details: a) Data Collection (listening sessions, focus groups, interviews, surveys) b) Descriptive data analysis (qualitative & quantitative) c) Presentation: interpreted results, recommendations, & report e) Structural Options: Seasonal Contract
