Service Description
1. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Description: we can facilitate a transformative mediation process for parties in need of an MOU that can be used to establish a Separation Agreement that addresses the following items - ~a: child support, child custody, alimony, and college financing ~b: parenting plan (sole or shared decision making, parenting time, etc.) ~c: marital assets 2. Other Services Related to Separation & Divorce -Revised Agreements -Post-Divorce Agreement Modifications **COLLABORATION DETAILS FOR THE ABOVE SERVICES** a. Fixed fee per session not per hour b. Mediation sessions usually last 2-3 hours c. 1 mediator for parties of 2 d. Each additional party will cost $140 e. You are allowed to schedule additional mediations if one session does not suffice
