1. Individual Conflict Coaching ($140 per hour) Description: we are all human beings with our own unique ways of knowing and being. It would be an honor to join you, for a period of time, on your journey towards discovering your essence. With our background in alternative dispute resolution & health systems, we can help you understand interpersonal conflict where you live, work, play, learn, pray, & age. Ultimately, assisting you in building your individual capacity to get your social, cultural, and material rights and needs met. Our value-add is that the structure of these 1:1 support sessions can be personalized to meet your unique preferences. We also use a sliding-scale payment system so that your economic needs are taken into consideration. Collaboration Details: a) Initial Consult FREE b) 2-Part Series 2. Transformative Mediation ($420 per session) Description: are you experiencing an interpersonal conflict where you live, work, play, learn, pray, or age? We are ready to turn your conflict into an opportunity for growth. Collaboration Details: a) Fixed fee per session not per hour b) Mediations usually last 2-3 hours c) 1 mediator for parties of 2 d) Each additional party will cost $140 e) You are allowed to schedule additional mediations if one session does not suffice 3. Koru Conversations ($140 per hour) Description: Koru Conversations achieve health equity & wellbeing by creating a space to heal from a specific harm and/or community building. Overall, this service allows groups to have more dynamic & effective conversations related to the conditions & environments where they live, work, play, learn, worship, & age that they feel is affecting their health status, functioning, & quality of life. Collaboration Details: a) Structural Options: One-time session; 2 to 3-part series; Seasonal contract b) Content Options : Let us know your topic of choice in the interest form below c) Special Topics: Domestic Violence/Intimate Partner Violence or Coercive Control
